Virtualdub FFMpeg Input Plugin is an open source input plugin for virtualdub that uses FFMpeg to load various formats. The plugin allows you to open a variety of video files in Virtualdub including the H264 MPEG-4 AVC format. You can also modify file information dialog to add some more info and the audio delay when first frames are dropped.
